Kids Brain Health (KBH+) Conference 2026: Pitch Competition

At KBH+, we are focused on one challenge: how do we move what works into the real world — faster, farther, and for more children and youth?

The KBH+ Pitch Competition is a national showcase of promising innovations that improve outcomes for children and youth (ages 0–25) living with neurodisabilities, and their families.

KBH+ is not a traditional investor — and this is not a traditional competition. We are building a platform to identify, support, and scale innovations that drive real, system-level change. That means we are looking for solutions that are evidence-informed, implementation-ready, and built to grow with a credible pathway to expand across jurisdictions, improve equity and access, and deliver measurable impact for children, youth and families who need it most. Impactful innovation can take many forms: technology, services, care models, community programs, or bold hybrid approaches.

The competition does more than spotlight Canada's most promising innovations — it brings the entire neurodisability ecosystem to the table, connecting researchers, clinicians, service organizations, investors, policymakers, philanthropists, and families.

Finalists will take the stage to pitch live at the KBH+ Conference in Calgary on October 20, 2026 and select innovations may be considered for follow-on support through KBH+ scaling and investment pathways, including the Kids Brain Health Innovation Fund.
