We are excited to bring together participants from across the country for an enriching experience filled with collaboration, learning, and connection for the 2025 Health System Impact Conference. This year, the theme is Capacity Building For Embedded Health System Leaders Through Mentorship.
Message to Mentors and Supervisors
We strongly encourage health system mentors and academic supervisors to attend, as there will be specific programming about mentorship and leadership across different HSITP roles (fellows, mentors, supervisors), including a consensus exercise to create mentorship core competencies for the program, and activities specifically designed for fellow-mentor/supervisor dyads. We are offering mentors a limited amount of financial support to partially offset the cost of attending this conference. If needed, please inquire to gemma.kabeya@thp.ca for further information regarding subsidies.
Logistics
There is no fee to attend the conference, but you will be required to cover the cost of travel and accommodation. Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided at the conference. Spaces are limited, so please register to secure your spot at this event.
Accomodations
If you are staying at the hotel or traveling from outside the city, it is recommended to arrive on October 26 and stay for the nights of October 26 & 27, as programming will begin at 8 AM on October 27. The conference will wrap up by 5 PM on October 28.
