
This year’s theme, Powering Possibility: Data as the Catalyst of Tomorrow’s Health System, explores how data is transforming the way we understand, design, and deliver care. From advancing AI governance and applying cutting-edge tools for analysis and research, to supporting aging in place and delivering services where people live, the forum will highlight how innovation is turning insight into action.
The day will bring together researchers, analysts, policy partners, and collaborators from across the ICES Ontario community to share new perspectives, showcase impactful work, and spark conversations about what’s next in population health research. Attendees will gain insights into emerging approaches, real-world applications, and the collaborative efforts driving meaningful change across the health system.

Registration is complimentary for ICES staff, students, scientists, and invited partners.
For all other external attendees, the following registration fees apply:
Early bird rate: $100 (Available until September 16, 2026)
Regular rate: $150 (Applies after September 16, 2026)
ACCOMMODATIONS
Rooms at the ICES Forum rate can be booked at $350.00 per night plus taxes
