ORAL PRESENTERS

PRESENTATION DATE 

TIME TO PRESENT AND Q&A 

  • Each speaker has time to present and time for Q&A
  • Please review the program to confirm the length of your presentation
  • Please be sure you do not exceed your presentation time
  • Moderators will be assigned to keep the sessions on time 

PREPARING YOUR PRESENTATION

  • The slides should be set up in 16:9 format (widescreen)
  • The first slide must include the presentation title and presenter name
  • Avoid the use of embedded videos in your slides
  • Avoid using fonts that are too small or hard to read
  • The presentation can be provided in PowerPoint or PDF (although PowerPoint is optimal)

SUBMITTING YOUR PRESENTATION (deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026)

  • Presenters submit their presentation online by using the link below no later than Friday, October 16, 2026)
  • Ensure your file is labeled properly when you upload your presentation: “SessionID-PresenterName.pptx”. Example: A1.1-Smith.pptx
  • For presenters who prefer to upload their presentation at the conference, please visit the Presentation Management desk no later than 3 hours prior to their session time located by the registration desk.
  • The presentation management desk will be open on Sunday, October 18 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, and then will be open during conference hours for the remainder of the event.
  • Please do not submit your presentation any later than 3 hours prior to your presentation time, as there could be a risk that your presentation will not be uploaded in time.

ARRIVING AT YOUR PRESENTATION ROOM

  • Room names will be listed in the conference platform & program prior to the conference.
  • Presenters should be in their session room no later than 10-15 minutes prior to the session start time.

ORDER OF PRESENTATIONS 

  • The presentations will proceed in order as listed in the conference program
  • It is important that the order of presentations not change as some audience members move from room to room following the program order.

POSTER PRESENTERS

PRESENTATION DATES

  • Poster viewing will take place:
    • Monday, October 19, 2026, from 11:45am to 1:00pm
    • Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from 12:15pm to 1:45pm

TIME TO PRESENT

  • Presenters are expected to be at their poster board for the duration of the poster viewing. 
  • Please be situated at your poster no later than 15 min prior to the poster Session

 PREPARING YOUR POSTER (MAX. SIZE 3.5 FT WIDE X 3.5 FT HIGH) 

  • Posters are to be printed to fit onto a poster board
  • Thumbtacks will be provided at the conference to affix your poster to the board
  • Prints of the posters should not exceed 3.5ft wide x 3.5ft high
  • Make the font size large enough that it is easy to read
  • Use images and graphs wherever possible to get the information across
  • Avoid using too much text on your poster
  • Make sure the author information is listed on the poster
